From Child Labor to Topping Her Grade 10 Board Exams: Priya's Story
At age 11, Priya was forced to help her mother roll incense sticks for 8 hours a day. When our outreach counselors met her family, we sponsored her complete schooling, remedial tuition, and provided daily nutrition. Last month, Priya scored 91.4% in her board examinations and dreams of becoming a software engineer.
